Whisper words of hope into my very soul.
Take away the pain that leaves me feeling cold.
Let me follow joy, empty the darkness inside.
Give my heart peace, the strong will to survive.
Rip each captive bond of tangled sorrow and fear
Sweep forth the jubilation, lift my soul in cheer.
Keep me from the lies, let me follow truth.
